Every item goes through its siddhi puja before it ships, so orders are usually dispatched within 3–7 days of ordering. After dispatch, delivery across India usually takes 5–7 days. Actual times can vary by location and courier.

Yes, we deliver to all serviceable PIN codes in India through trusted courier partners.

Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. A small shipping fee is shown at checkout for smaller orders.

Yes. You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, free of charge. Message us on WhatsApp or write to support@houseoftech.ai with your Order ID. See our Return & Refund Policy.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link on WhatsApp and/or email. You can also use our Track order page.

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or at support@houseoftech.ai with your Order ID and photos or a short unboxing video. Once our team verifies the issue, we send a free replacement. Most cases are resolved within 2–3 days.

Because every item is prepared with a siddhi puja for your order, we don't accept returns for change of mind or personal preference. Where a variant exchange is possible, a flat ₹200 fee covers return shipping.

A consecrated product is taken to the temple and undergoes puja and sankalp before it is packed and shipped to you.

Many of our items are made from natural materials such as rudraksha, brass and silver, and are finished by hand. Small variations in colour, texture and size are natural and part of their character.
