This page explains pricing, payment methods and failed payments for products purchased from dharmic.store, operated by HouseofTech Innovation Pvt Ltd. Cancellations, replacements and refunds are covered in our Return & Refund Policy.
1. Pricing & Taxes
- All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on the product page and at checkout, and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping charges, if any, and Cash-on-Delivery handling fees are shown separately at checkout before you confirm the order.
- Prices, discounts, and combo offers may change at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the moment you complete checkout.
- A tax invoice is sent by email and/or included in your parcel. Duplicate invoices can be requested from support@houseoftech.ai.
2. Payment Methods
- Online payments are processed by RBI-licensed payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay, PhonePe, or similar providers). The active payment gateway may change from time to time without prior notice.
- Supported methods: UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking, and wallets.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes. A COD handling fee may apply and is shown at checkout. Some high-value items, combos, or promotional orders may be prepaid-only.
- HouseofTech does not store your card, UPI, or netbanking credentials — they are held by the payment gateway under its own security standards (PCI-DSS).
- Dharmic Store sells physical products on a one-time purchase basis. There are no subscriptions and no auto-renewing or recurring charges. If you ever see a recurring debit referencing us, contact support immediately.
3. Failed & Pending Payments
- If money is debited but the order is not created, the amount is normally auto-reversed by your bank or the payment gateway within 5–7 working days.
- If it is not reversed in that window, email us with the transaction ID / UTR and we will trace it with the gateway and refund the amount.
- Do not re-attempt payment more than once for the same cart if the amount was debited — contact support instead, to avoid a duplicate charge.
4. Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, with no cancellation fee, by writing to us on WhatsApp (link on our Contact page) or at support@houseoftech.ai with your Order ID.
- If we need to cancel your order (for example due to stock unavailability), you receive a full refund with no fee.
- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded by NEFT/UPI to a bank account or UPI ID you provide.

5. Undelivered, Refused & RTO Orders
- If a parcel is returned to us undelivered because the address was incorrect or incomplete, the phone was unreachable across repeated attempts, or delivery was refused, we refund a prepaid order minus the actual forward and return shipping cost incurred.
- Repeated refusal of Cash-on-Delivery orders may result in COD being disabled for your account or number, or your account being suspended.
- If you want the parcel re-shipped after an RTO, fresh shipping charges apply.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
- If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we may suspend your account and withhold further service during dispute resolution.
- Please contact support first — genuine damage, wrong-item and missing-item claims are settled faster directly.
- Any dispute is subject to our Terms & Conditions, including governing law and jurisdiction.
7. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other consumer law applicable to you. Where such law grants you a stronger remedy than this Policy, that law prevails.
